&lt;p&gt;- How do I order?&lt;br /&gt;
  Choose the &amp;#8220;Shop&amp;#8221; section from the top menu.  You can then browse through the entire shop or you can choose to browse specific products by choosing a specified &amp;#8220;Product&amp;#8221; category (i.e. Handmade Japanese Paper).  At any time, you can choose to view your cart and edit it&amp;#8217;s contents.  Once you have completed your order, you can choose &amp;#8220;check-out&amp;#8221; and proceed through the payment process.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- What are my payment options?&lt;br /&gt;
  We accept Visa, M/C and Discover.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Can I pay by check or money order?&lt;br /&gt;
  You may also pay with a personal check, the order will ship after the check has cleared.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Is your check out process secure?&lt;br /&gt;
  Yes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Can I place an order by phone?  &lt;br /&gt;
  Yes, we will happily accept orders over the phone.  If you prefer to place an order by phone, please call us at 919.755.1300 Tuesday &amp;#8211; Saturday 11-6 &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;EST&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- When will my order ship?&lt;br /&gt;
  We will send you a confirmation email, after which your order will ship within 1-5 business days.  If something is out of stock, we will notify you by email.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- How is my order shipped?&lt;br /&gt;
  We ship via &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;USPS&lt;/span&gt; Priority Mail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- When can I come by the store to pick up my order?  &lt;br /&gt;
  Once your order is confirmed, you may come by the store to pick it up Monday-Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 1-5.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Do you ship internationally?  &lt;br /&gt;
  Yes. Please contact us regarding s&amp;amp;h fees.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Do you accept returns? &lt;br /&gt;
  We will accept unused and saleable merchandise for exchange or store credit within 3 weeks of purchase.  This excludes any fees paid for shipping and handling.  We will do our best to work with you, our customer, and will try to be accommodating if special circumstances should arise.&lt;/p&gt;</body-html>

- How do I order?
  Choose the &quot;Shop&quot; section from the top menu.
